This online Finding Calm (Curiosity, Acceptance, Love and Mindfulness) class is facilitated by Catherine Duffy.
It offers a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers of all ages to learn mindful-based skills to help reduce stress, enhance strong bonds, explore mindful self-compassion and encourage balance.
