Finding Calm With Young Kids

Finding Calm with Young Kids offers mindfulness and self-compassion practices for parents and caregivers of children 6 months to 6 years of age. Mindfulness practice helps us to become more aware of whatever is happening in this moment. Self-compassion encourages us to be kind to ourselves in the process. Together, mindfulness and self-compassion can help us deepen our connection with ourselves and with our child in the midst of life’s circumstances.
