Brooke joins us as a first-year facilitator in our Community of Mindful Parenting. She is warm, inviting, and has a genuine way of building connection with others. She brings a unique perspective on mindful self-compassion through her background in Social Work and Latin American Studies.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition to more than ten years of experience as a therapist and a yoga instructor, I am also a past participant of a Listening Mother’s group and am honored to return as a facilitator.

Elizabeth Lin MD, is a family medicine physician, a clinical professor at University of Washington School of Medicine, and a certified teacher for both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) programs. She has had a daily meditation practice for about 30 years.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Washington School of Psychology. Prior to my private practice, I worked at a community mental health clinic as therapist. I emigrated to the United States of America from Turkey and I am able to provide counseling in English and Turkish.

Foxy Davison, daughter of Angela Collins, granddaughter of Barbra Brown, and great-granddaughter of Thelma Delespine is a momma of 3 amazing kids and wife of one incredible husband. She is an educator and activist, serving as community coordinator for the Metropolitan Seattle Sickle Cell Task Force and community outreach coordinator for the Progress House Work Release.

I love supporting mother-baby dyads through this tender time and the opportunities for growth, grace, and healing that arise. In my private counseling practice, I support mothers and children with a focus on mindful parenting.

Joy MacTavish is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, certified babywearing consultant, perinatal and parenting educator and has a background as a birth and postpartum doula. She shares her experience through in-home and small group consultations and education.
